Dr. Panchal served as Director of the Spine Fellowship Program and Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at UC Davis School of Medicine before moving to Texas. He has run and contributed to national and international trials in spinal cord injury, minimally invasive technique, interbody and corpectomy devices, image guidance and robotic surgery, and lectures on these topics worldwide.

Board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner

Dr. Crooks brings more than a decade of critical care nursing experience, particularly neurocritical and trauma care at Level 1 trauma centers in San Antonio and Dallas. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice at Baylor University and trained as a Registered Nurse First Assist through the National Institute of First Assists. He is active in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the Texas Nurses Association.
