Community Involvement

Care doesn’t stop at the clinic door. American Neurospine Institute helps train the next generation of clinicians through hands-on learning, and works with schools and organizations across Frisco, TX to make spine and neurological health information easier to find and easier to understand.

Observerships

High school, college, and pre-med students are welcome to spend a day in the office observing patient consultations, imaging review, and pre-surgical planning. Observers follow the care team from morning rounds through afternoon clinic, with time set aside at the end of the day for questions.

Sessions are offered several times each quarter and space is limited to two students per day.

Student Rotations

American Neurospine Institute hosts rotating medical students and residents from regional schools and training programs throughout the year. Rotations combine clinic exposure, operating room time, and weekly case review, with direct supervision at every step.

Most rotations run two to four weeks and are arranged through the student’s home institution.

Community Health Talks

Free talks on back pain, spine health, and knowing when to see a specialist are held at local libraries, senior centers, and employer wellness events. Each session runs about forty-five minutes and closes with an open question and answer period.

Groups in Frisco, TX can request a speaker for an upcoming event.
